Climbing Out!

The pups have gotten big enough and have figured out how to climb out of their box. We have to keep the door on the front of the box to keep them in. Honey still gets in with them twice a day to feeding.

Our Sweet Honey of Silverbrook JH

Honey is quiet and calm in the house and gets along great with other pets. She loves
children and is very gentle. In the field she is focused and eager. She has
been waterfowl for 6 seasons and easily picks up multiple marks, blinds and is
steady at the line. Honey earned a
Junior Hunter Title in 2009. She
continues to train regularly for hunting but has retired from hunt tests. Puppies from previous litters with FC AFC
Small Craft Advisory have been placed in competition homes, hunting families,
and also as pets. We have received many
good comments about the temperament, trainability, health, and looks of these
puppies. As of December 2013, 6
different puppies from Honey’s previous litters have entered and passed AKC
Hunt Tests. Of these 6 dogs, 2 have
acquired Senior Titles and 1 has a Junior Title. One additional dog from the 2010 litter won
the 2011 North American Shed Hunting Dog Association (N.A.S.H.D.A.) Amateur and
the Junior Championship. Several other
puppies are currently training toward titles.

FC AFC Rev. Blu Genes

Rev had 57 derby points and became Qualified All Age at 2 years old. He was the #4 Derby dog of 2009. He earned his AFC title with a win in the in
2012, and his FC with an Open win in 2013 at age 5. He has accumulated 23 Open
points and 35 Amateur points as of December 2013. Rev qualified for the 2012 and 2013 National
Amateur Retriever Championship (NARC) and was a finalist at the 2013 National
Retriever Championship (NRC). Rev has
sired multiple litters. His oldest
offspring were born in April 2010, and several have derby points and Qualifying
placements.
